Dr. Elaine is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of E.M.S. Methods, Inc. She is an experienced educator, leader, and workforce development professional with over 20 years of service in education. Her experience includes Director of Workforce Development, Dean, Department Chair, and a Professional Development Trainer for Teachers College, Columbia University to name a few. Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing workforce readiness, leadership capacity, and organizational effectiveness through education and training. She brings a grounded, compassionate, and results-driven approach to professional development—helping organizations support people while maintaining excellence and accountability.
